Nana to Kaoru
I've been secretly addicted to this manga for a while now. It has some annoying features but I like it. Kaoru is an annoying little runt who tends to wear plaid slacks, not a great student. Nana is the class president, a gorgeous popular girl with big boobs, long dark hair, and a beautiful face.
I think she was Kaoru's childhood friend, somehow or another they saw enough of each other that he revealed his interest in S&M. She found the concept of being tied up or spanked strangely intriguing, so they got into the habit of scheduling "breathers" where they would forget everything else and he would play the role of "Dom" and she would do whatever he asked. And after trying this for a few times she was completely addicted. He knows he is "beneath" her and tends to avoid her in school, where she hangs out with the popular crowd. But in private, he's the "top." I probably wouldn't have started a topic on this except that in the weird culture of Japan, there have been decisions, pretty much simultanously, to make a live action movie based on the manga, as well as putting together an anime. You can imagine how far all of this would get in the USA. But it's been scanlated, many chapters worth, and in the latest chapter (52) the author "breaks the third wall" and talks about the anime and the movie. To make matters worse (for the US market) the preceding half dozen chapters have had a theme that would be particularly difficult here.
