Ok, Toradora is still under upconverting.The news about Toradora on BD is 3 by now.

SONY new technology applied on Toradora


the staff is using a new upconverting technology developed by SONYPCL to remake the Toradora.That explain why it's still not released after so long time.The staff had been very strict to the effect of upconvertion.The blog above mentioned that they had redone some scene several times to get the best result.And the new tech probably made them redo the whole work.They really intend to make Toradora the best upconvertion ever.Guys be ready for the classic and top love story of anime history to come back in perfect high definition. I think it will be released no late than spring 2012.
