Well you're usually doing some outdoor activities a lot arent you? It does suck to lose muscle you always have to maintain it with weights. Yes it's important though that we all should have exercise at least like an hour a day, there's no excuse in not doing so. Oh and of course eat smart with healthy and nutritional foods. For me dieting is the most difficult part of all, can't seem to stop eating my favorite foodsXD.
