Hey everyone, sorry for not being around too much yesterday was my first day of college. I have another class today plus homework and I also had a party thus making me sick >< yeah the life huh? Well anyway I thought I'd post an update of some sort

I'm working on a song and this is my first time doing so (aside from a couple lullabies) so I would love a bit of advice D:

Only have vocals so far and if you can stand listening to it feel free to critique me as hard as you want. I'm not all that great of a singer, it's the lyrics that I'm focused on really for now. I'll get someone more talented to sing it once it's done.

Okay, I listened. Not bad for a first try. I can hear from your voice that you have potential, so you might want to consider training it.

As for the lyrics, I wasn't sure what to make of them. Can you please write them again in here? Then I can see what can be done.

I grew up with lots of music, and I love listening to songs and figure them out. A chord scheme is basically a blueprint of the harmonies of the song and it almost always follows a repetitive pattern.

I'll read them again later.

Nice to hear you have such nice friends. With all the emigrating I have been doing over the past 20 years I haven't had a chance to build a good group of friends. Partially my fault because until recently I didn't care about having friends either. That's changed recently and now that my wife and I will move away from France to Asia we have to start again *sigh*

yeah I've gotten kind of an idea. Thank god for garageband so I can just make all the instruments over the computer well no the guitar I'll probably do for real myself

On a side note I'm actually in class right now o3o My saturday class is 8 hours long so the teacher let's us goof off and take hella breaks. So far I'm making some hella chill friends yay good thing because I don't know anyone here aside from my ex boyfriends dad who also is a student here
