@Dark Samus has asked that we take a look at some of the extra pages in recent KnJ Tankoubons, which Sayo has not gotten around to translating. The first one is here. The regular Chapter 68 starts this way

The Tankoubon has 2 extra pages at the beginning. Shirai is curious about condoms, and has bought a packet of them at the drug store. She thinks

So this is a "condom"...

Page 2 has a lot of dramatic graphics. Shirai has cartoon images of condoms floating over her head. She's upset, holding her ears shut and trying not to imagine exactly where this condom is designed to go. There are anatomical images, a cross section of a uterus, with arrows and diagrams showing the nipple tip of the condom poking exactly into the opening of the uterus. Some of the writing is a little hard to read.

The word "kora" is written on a cartoon condom, "FOCUS" or "HEY"
She's thinking "I don't want to THINK about this"

So that the author of [326] either have a elder brother or pilfer it(condom) from the parents.

And the words on the cartoon condom is not こら　but こう means "like this".　The two words look alike, indeed.
