Terrible chapter. Once again nothing gets resolved. Definitely not worth the two-month wait. I really begin to wonder why I still follow this series...

Hmm because it is awesome? most manga have some chapters where nothing gets resolved if everything was getting resolved right away a lot of things would be terribly short

@Nitro: I respect your opinion as always but I kind of disagree with you. This chapter maybe was a little slow in the development, but the ending open the doors for a lot of Issues that could have us with thrill for at least two or three months if things keep going like this. I mean, I think Reiji will totally freak out thinking that Rin tried to commit suicide...or Aoki could realize that he is poisonous to Rin and start to scratch the idea of leaving her.....Or as Kikis said, this will become a "Hospital Chapter" with social workers kicking Reiji's balls once again. Who knows. Great chapter in my opinion.

I have to agree with Samus on that, i don't think the chapter was terrible but the ending did open a lot of peoples perspectives with how the situation would endure in the next chapter or more. I do believe it will take place in the hospital and no doubt Aoki, Mimi and Kuro will be there by here side of course with Reiji on guard. There are more ways this can go but theres only one road K.W. will take on this one so we can only predict and wait.

Harmony and discord are arbitrary, meaningless concepts...

I agree with you that this wasn't a terrible chapter either. I think some people are just disappointed with the content of the chapter given how long they had to wait for it to be released. They probably expected more than what they got. It'll be a curious thing to see what Rin's status is in the following chapters.

Fair enough, but why was there no continuation of the camp? Why did she waste two pages on Shirai and Oyajima? Why make things even more dramatic by making Rin take those pills? There is already plenty of stuff going on. My preference, I repeat, my preference, is to resolve these issues first and then add the rest. The series used to make me laugh my eyes out, but the humour and fun has turned into drama and melodrama. In my opinion, it has definitely lost its initial charm and should conclude soon.

BTW, I wonder if the pain she felt could be from her first period instead of the pain from seeing Aoki and Houin snog. I dunno. We'll see next month.

I don't know if its because her period. I mean, she had that sharp pain for the first time at the end of chapter 74, and even if she knows about love and adults affair like sex and such, we forgot that she is just a 12 years old girl, inocent and ignorant in some matters. Remember when she started masturbating? She was aware of the concept, but never applied the practice until she got scared of being alone, then she did it (probably for the first time) and she feel sleep almost inmediately. And now she thougth that those pills would wipe out any kind of pain....big mistake. Yes, she is only a child that don't have somebody close to her to help her, and she often do things without knowing what is she doing.

Well maybe she just wanted to conclude Shirai and Oyajimas relationship soon so that we can focus on Rin and Aoki more. Well since the split up with Aoki and Rin in chapter 45 i think? things started to get a little more serious. I think though that it still maintains it's sense of humor. Rin has changed for the better but she still has her silly perverted side.

Unfortunately the silly perverted side as you so well phrased it, is being pushed further into the background at the expense of drama. I find that a pity.

It wouldn't be the first time in manga/anime for a story to go from completely hilarious to very dark and dramatic. Some series it works well, others, not so much. So far, I don't find anything particularly objectionable yet with the way things are going. I do however agree, they could have addressed the scenario at summer camp more thoroughly.

As for Rin, and having her first period, it could be very possible. She's probably approaching puberty, if she isn't there already. After all, Mimi had hers, and she's roughly the same age.
