I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed, where I don't know what you mean by "where", but yeah I hope it's done right.

That's good. I meant where as in what article was this actually confirmed. Anyways after a bit of searching on my own it just seems an OVA is being shipped out with Vol 9 in 2011. I thought it was going to be an actual full series but it seems more like another 3 episode season.

Well I'm not so certain about this but I remember hearing that the Volume 8 manga actually says the anime is coming back. Ask one of these other guys in the forum to make sure, maybe Kikiskeeter. I don't know how, but she's pretty knowledgeable in these kind of things.

[Anime News] Kodomo No Jikan Returns

Too bad it's gonna be censored to hell, especially some of the recent manga. I wonder what they're gonna do.

No it shouldn't be censored, more likely it's gonna be released as OVAs rather than on TV.
