Wow, you guys are very flattering, I wouldn't be able to write a letter to Watashiya. BUT I think that in Japan there are so many people whose English is perfect, that she would have no problem finding someone to translate for her. I mean, writing her in English is different from writing her in, say, Swahili or Arabic. English is pretty much the second language there. I think it would be great if someone wrote her. I wonder if she gets much fan mail? I imagine she does...

Thanks for all the unwarranted respect. :-) Makes me feel good regardless.

That's an interesting theory 'Kikiskeeter', except I see it as 'Newonimous' does in part. I can't picture Reiji letting Aoki have Rin (right now at least), considering the animosity he feels toward him. However I do picture it happening this way. Rin and Reiji get into a bitter fight, in front of Aoki, over the dirt they found on each other. As things seem to start to escalate, Aoki finally puts a stop to it. He tells both of them, in a firm tone, to knock it off and to face reality. He tries to make Rin accept the fact that her mother is gone and that it's time to let go. He tries to make her understand that she should let Reiji go out and see other women so he can get back in the saddle and find happiness. After all, how can Reiji make Rin happy if he's not happy himself. As for Reiji, Aoki would probably tell him that he needs to let go himself. He'd tell him that no matter how much Rin may look like Aki, that she'll never be her or her replacement and needs find love elsewhere. He could give Reiji an ultimatum that he'll call child wellfare if he persists with his actions toward Rin. Granted, this scenario could land him in the soup, especially with Reiji, but I can't picture Aoki doing nothing. How Mimi would figure into this, now or later, I'm not quite sure. I doubt that Reiji would be stupid enough to try to attack Mimi, because of the consequences that would be involved. Besides his true focus is on Rin. Chapter 59 will hopefully gives us some answers.

@Ugetsu: Relax i'm not that flattering but recognizing a persons talent i do show some respect for it but i'm not a gullible guy at all. It really doesn't matter if anyone can get in contact with Watashiya, if i REALLY REALLY wanted to i could put a lot of effort and get a hold of her one way or another, speaking people who are well known for their works isn't too difficult for me(no i'm not trying to show off or prove a point). The point is i have respect for you and Watashiya and all others here for who they are but i'm not some kind of fan all right

The only problem with coming up with your own scenarios, is that KW couldn't, and wouldn't use them. Not that they wouldn't be good, they would not be original, and there are people out there that claim this movie or that book ripped off their idea. If you want the story to go your way, then you'll have to come up with a doushinji of your own. Even now, Gene Simmon's (KISS) kid is accused of blatant plagiarism ripping off Bleach, and his publisher feels that they got ripped off by publishing it. (Check ANN for the story) The best we can do is guess what will happen and wait each month for the 22nd to roll around... I wouldn't really worry too much, KnJ will have the happy ending with Rin and Aoki.

I don't think many Japanese know English well. I could not get around with English in Tokyo during the few times I visited and when I read research papers by Japanese colleagues the English is pretty bad. So I doubt KW knows English.

My wife knows Japanese fairly well. If we really want to write KW a fanmail - saying that we like KNJ, that we buy the Japanese volumes even though we cannot read it very well but we do our best to try to understand it - she might appreciate our efforts and write back. I can try to persuade my wife to help us write it.

What do you say?

I say hell yes. I would love to hear a response from her and it would be even more awesome if she comes here and talks to us

@Shin, yeah, who's to say that us speculating on the story hasn't forced her to change the course a bit so as to not seem too obvious to the way things were going.

As for writing her, I'm for it. I think her taking digs at Aoki's English teacher early on kind of made it clear English wasn't her strongest subject.

Your right, however it's often fun to come up with ones own ideas on how a plotline goes, or how a story ends. Still, I look forward to see what KW does next.

I just heard a funny story -- I know a Japanese woman who lives in the US, she studied English some in Japan and then came here later. And she realized her English wasn't good enough so she decided to look into Adult Education. She wasn't sure how to proceed but one day in town she saw a sign that said "Adult Book Store" so she went in to find some textbooks. "It was so DARK in there..." No Japanese/English Dictionaries needless to say.

LOL that is pretty funny, thanks for the laugh Ugetsu .

Look guys Kikster was just thinking of a scene in the story that would of been really good but we know that it cannot become part of the original development of K.W. It was entertaining to me. The word about submitting the senario was just a concept.
