There are plenty of possibilities to the next one but i think Reiji and Aoki will freak out about Rin in a coma. I'm pretty much seeing Reiji freaking out not knowing how to deal with the drama and Aoki (if he heard about Rin taking the pill) will be wandering why she took it?

According to the Physician's Desk Reference, Rin shouldn't go into a coma, although drowsiness is a common side effect of oxycodone (presuming a 10 mg dose and an 80 pound/36 kilo body weight). A trip to the nearest hospital (hopefully a short one, as Japan has few EMTs) and quick work with a stomach pump should keep her symptoms from getting too bad.
There's still plenty of space for hospital room drama, though

I feel houin is going to take it like this : She thinks it is one of the parents, okay then she sees him with Reiji and after all those gay jokes made in the past thinks that is who he is in love with. Oyjima would then confirm to her what they percieved as evidence of his Homosexuality.
Just to get Houin off his back, Aoki plays along with it. At least it would explain his rejection of her without hurting that self infatuation she has about her self. | ||

O.O Aoki and Oyajima Issue?! that could be a good filler, but yet it could even be useful as part of a drama inside the main plot.

Looks like the next chapter will be filler. Reiji having flashbacks when Aki was sick, then the rest with Houin, Shirai and Oyajima.
If there is any drama, it will be Rin explaining she took the pill to try to relieve the pain she felt when she remembers Houin kissing Aoki. Then Aoki will feel the pain in his chest, when he thinks about his love forRin. | ||
