The Chapter 79........I'm aware that we're 54 loooooong days away from it, but hey, this month is almost over (hopefully) and December ends quicly with all the Christmas parties and the presents and the drinks, the hangover and then.....EJEM, were I was...AH, enough blabbity, this time, the next set of chapters will rise the Hype to levels never seen before not only here, wherever KNJ is hosted. So let's hope something good happens in the next chapter, even if the Odds don't help.....

The speculation levels will drastically increase no doubt. This chapter had almost everyone on the edge of their seat. We can only hope something good will come out of chapter 79 but the direction it took could lead something worse. At this point its anybody's guess but let's spread some ideas around!

I think it'd be nice if Dark Rin was turned quickly for once. In the past it's always been a fire that slowly burnt itself out over time, a couple hours or days, etc, etc. But I want to see Aoki step up and actually squelch the fire on the spot for once. I can see the end of the chapter being something along the lines of a refusal to listen and then Aoki grabbing her and saying something to snuff out the negativity through a mix of their tears and sappy words, probably still not admitting he loves her outright but saying something like Houin isn't a match for the woman he truly loves. (The use of the word woman in and of itself is a whole other debate but you get the idea)

At this point, reality and rationality aren't as important to me. Part of me gets lost in the story as much as I psychoanalyze it and I can't help wanting to put aside what seems right morally sometimes as the lines or morality blur for what I just want to happen and seems right.

I hope KW makes the next chapter a little extra meaty with some extra pages for our sake, waiting all this time and such. I'd wait just as long for five pages less than average, but five pages more of it all would make me pretty damn happy.

I really enjoyed chapter 78, so much, I wanted to discuss it on here again.

I get the feeling next chapter may do a small skip, or one of those internal monologues with Aoki. Probably things about him getting fired, and other junk. Like going into the characters head before the actual plot of what happened.

Rin may have gone missing, and then Aoki searches for her, and...stuff happens.

As for the stuff that happens, well, that's for anyone to debate.

Would Aoki go far tonight, or is the writer going to wait?

Will Rin even believe Aoki?

What if someone catches them?

So much can go right/wrong next chapter >.<...

Rin's going to be struggling with the pain inside her heart while at a dark state. I think Kuro and Mimi-chan would be the first two to see Rin in that state and will be worried for her. Eventually Aoki will catch on with Rins problem i don't know how Aoki would handle that situation which has never happened to him before but it will be very tough to go through to her to help her. Rin rejects Aoki and says that she saw him kissing Houin and that he loves her instead. Aoki will probably say he loves Rin instead to try to get her to calm down but Rin will not buy it and then from there........well things get even more complicated. I wonder if Reiji will be involved with the next chapter somehow?

I don't think Reiji will be a part of it unless Rin tells him and I don't think she really wants his input or help. He's been kinda skeezing in her ans she knows it, mildly creeping her our, and she wants to do it on her own like a real adult. She doesn't want Reiji's help, both because she wants to handle it herself as proof she can independent woman as well as her understanding from past situations that he'll only make everything worse for her if he finds out.

That's a good point. I just thought that Reiji would have been of some help since he was in a same state that Rin is becoming. He did helped Mimi out when she was about to lose it with her mother and brother by not giving in to her inner darkness. Anyway it's the first time that Rin had to experience that so it will be difficult to be dealt with. I know she's grown a lot over a period of time to deal with her problems but this may be her most challenging one yet only this time Aoki will help her.

For Reiji to help her he would have to put aside his feelings, and we all know he's too much of a child to do that. Helping Mimi was easy: he didn't have emotional investment in her choices aside from just being nice. His feelings grew for her AFTER helping her the first time.

In a spiritual sense, I don't believe that darkness can aid one away from darkness. Reiji has.not come far enough in controlling his own darkness nearly to an extent wherein he could hope to aid someone in an equally dark state as himself. Mimi can avoid the darkness by following his guidance, but for someone already in the mud alogside him I don't think he can help pull them out.

"When you're already drowning, do you think it helps to know the guy next to you is drowning too?"

When my friend told me that it was in the context of, "when you're screwed do you really feel better knowing that asshole you hate is screwed too?" But in this context it can be taken as "how can you figure out how NOT to drown from the guy who's drowning with you?" Reiji can help steer someone away, but not steer someone through where he hasn't been able to find for himself.

i only got a slight picture in my head what will happen in chapter 79, when in the beginning chapter 77 Kokonoe once said "it's one thing to lose to an adult...."
Maybe Kokonoe become passive now, and i wonder chapter 77 and 78 it's start more focusing on relation ships between Aoki and Kokonoe,Aoki and houin, and last Oyajima and shirai.Kagami and Usa mimi only a little part ,most of it only like Mimi start learn how to cooked (in her mind for Reiji of course) then how strong Kagami really are is describe in here too (when she cut a log of wood with single blow of axe)
and i remembered description "Kokonoe meets elementary student..." maybe somewhere in volume 12..Kokonoe actually already elementary school and not with Aoki in the same class room again..but who knows...

@routsubasa: I understand that Reiji involved wouldnt work out. Darkness is not evil nor good it's an element that we all possess that triggers upon our emotional response. Depending how it's used varies on the person.
