Hi everyone, I finally stopped at home a little, and could read the chapter 78.

Damn, like sensei said, this chapter was HEAVY stuff. While things seem to be developing better for Shirai and Oyajima (although she's still overthinking everything), this was the strongest happening regarding the Rin-Aoki-Hoin love triangle so far.

Apart from the surprising ending, I found Rin's speech at page 11 reaaally cute. The fact she loves Aoki regardless of his "coolness" or success with women, just for who he is as a person and because he's always thinking of her. This is really beautiful, and something extremely rare in our modern world

Regarding the ending, it sure was intense. It was painful to watch Rin seeing her loved one kissing her rival right after all the things she said to him, Hoin's heart being broken and Aoki hurting both of them at same time, even if all he ever does is trying to be nice to others. I can forecast some intense stuff happening in the next chapters. ..

Also, is it true that we'll have to wait 2 months to chapter 79?

Well, get out a half gallon of ice cream and turn on Lifetime Movie Network...

Seriously, it's pretty rough. You wonder why you were betrayed, and even after you said that you love the lunkhead. Then you blame yourself, there has to be something you did to have him do that. You almost never blame him, though, and you are really hurt to the core. Then you go into a pretty deep funk (re: ice cream) and you don't want to talk to anyone. You may start to hate the guy, but since Rin loves this baka-jin so much, I don't think she'll cut him off. But she'll need her space for a while.

During this while though, I see Aoki desperately try to get Rin back. Even if it means losing his job, if he loves her that much.

Now how KW writes this, if she even writes it this way, is going to be the interesting part. We've seen it before, where we think something huge will happen, but it sorta fizzles... This is likely the difference between a weekly and a monthly series. But this time around, it'll be two months in between.

You can have sexy underwear, or comfy underwear. But not both...

Wow! It sure took long enough, for Aoki to finally set it straight with Houin about his feelings. While he naturally didn't say who his love interest was, at least she now knows it's not her. Of course we get the classic scenario of Rin not hearing all the story and misunderstanding what she saw. I'm sure it'll pan out. Exactly how is anyones guess.

Such a great chapter with so much stuff happening! Can't wait to the next!

Uh off topic here: This may sound crazy, but I got one idea of the ending and I can't keep it to myself (sorry!) Oh and be warned, this is a fairly long post!

One possible thought that I had was that having Rin see Aoki get kissed by Hoin, an adult, might get her to go back to being distant,but it could also make her come to the conclusion when she has time to herself,to think it over, for she is growing, that it is better, that she should let go for they are adults, unlike her, though it may pain her, she lets go,for it's "better". She'd also assume that Aoki likes Hoin more also cause she's an adult too,so instead of being her dark self, she might just let go. (this can show that she is growing,maturing in a sense! ) As for Aoki, I say it would be interesting, if he just breaks, or ends up,acting like a child, loses it and starts bawling uncontrollably when he confesses, rambling on. I find that this might be a possibility for throughout the chapters, Aoki imagines Rin as an adult, sees her as one, as for Rin, she sees him, or rather imagines him as a kid her age from time to time. (The image of Rin's mom, being her and the picture of Aoki as a kid back at the house kind follows this,and the "if only he was younger" or "if only she was older thoughts" and images of each other at said age oh and the comments people make about them, like how Hoin doesn't see Aoki at all grown up, just a starter, kind of like a kid, as for Rin, I'm sure that not only Reiji and Aoki said that she is more mature than her age.( I am kind of thinking it's Shirai but not sure ) It'd be interesting to have Aoki looking like a kid and Rin looking like an adult during this time, before a flashfoward!

As for the other couples, I say Hoin and Chika might just end up together, for she will probably call Chika to talk about it and she'd end up comforting her and she realizes, that Chika cares, for her, thus reason she might pursue her.

Kuro and that little kid whom likes Shirai, I can see that Kuro wouldn't mind taking care of her, teaching her things and thus,overtime, latching onto her and caring/loving.

Hope Mimi and Reiji end up together for their personalities seem so well together and they can help each other and listen to each other.

Uh and Shirai and Oyajima seem to be pretty set, just have to learn and understand others, which would be the other relationships around them to grow, before they have a kid, which might turn out to look like Aoki! This is where the flashfoward takes place for it would be an actual adult Rin taking care of a kid whom looks like Aoki!
