Okay, anyone have any guesses on this chapter? Someone said that Reiji hasn't started his certifications, is that true? Rin would be royally pissed!
Will Aoki decide to apply at a junior high hoping that Rin will go to the same one?
Will he have a brain hernia and totally lose it over Rin?
Will we see Mimi lose it and confess to Reiji? (Did I already say this?)
Will we see Houin lose it and confess to Aoki? In front of Rin causing all sorts of madness?
Does anyone's time of the month coincide with the Comic High release? (Wait, that was TMI)

It is going to be a downer ending with Aoki weeping like a child and Rin forgetting him, then MimixReiji canon.

Also, I was always confused as to why KnJ was spelled out instead of using kanji. "子供の時間" isn't all that complicated.

@E/S spelling things out in hiragana emphasizes the setting in elementary school. Remember how the characters are sometimes shown hanging in circles over the blackboard? When the series started (third grade?) the 3 girls would not have known very many kanji. I think the title is spelled out phonetically for that reason.

And Rin trying to forget Aoki -- it's been done, remember when she deleted him from her cellphone? I don't think her feelings are that shallow any more.

I'm expecting more of a "mature end". Where the character's reminisce and think about how they have affected each other, et cetera. There's a part of me that is expecting no "loli end".

Because I can't find the "子" button on my keyboard to start typing "子供の時間"?

No, I don't think that Rin will "forget" Aoki, remember how she acted when she realized that she deleted his number from her phone? And she's rejecting anyone else's advances/confessions by saying she already has someone she loves.
I just don't think that she's going to go off "tra la la" to junior high and think of Aoki as someone she thought she loved.
I wonder how we will look back on all this when it finally does end, you know, it still could have a Rumiko Takahashi ending and it just ends, a la Urusei Yatsura and Ranma ½. I'm still hoping for a Maison Ikkoku ending... (sigh)

There are so many ways I think things are going to go. I wouldn't be surprise to find Aoki asking Rin if she would be upset if he became a middle school teacher. Remember there is only one second grade class, Houin would get the job out of seniority. So For Aoki to stay there would need to be the lost of another teacher (Shirai out preggo was my guess) Even though I wish she will continue into middle school, KW, has covered this area with a few earlier works and it could just turn into a rehashing of previous works. It would be fun to see Aoki end up in an all girls school and end up being the one male teacher, too

Last night I had a nightmare about this manga's end....it was so vivid (I was in there as a viewer) that I had to wake up, but even when I was awake, I was shaking.....Here is what I remember....I don't want to remember the rest:

Last day, graduation, after saying thanks and goodbye to the theachers, Reiji was there, saying Aoki that they would move the next week, due to a transfer. That last week, Rin was aware of that and, incredibly enough, Reiji said that if she wanted to spend that last days with him, it was OK. They were on a date for a full day, and after that, Rin was invited to Aoki's flat. They were talking about what she would do from now on, where she will be studying, and after that, rigth before leaving Aoki's House, he suddenly throw her in the bed....not because he wanted to rape her....in fact, he started to cry, saying "don't go please.......don't leave".....the same words that she said when he was leaving Rin's house last year. Rin just hug him, and kiss him in the lips, and for the first time, he answer that kiss.....the next day, (moving day) he was in there, saying goodbye to Rin, and Kuro and Mimi too, both of them crying, she said them that she will be fine, that they can allways keep on touch, and after that, Kuro just fainted. Mimi chan helped her taking her to her house and saying good-bye to Reiji.....and then the last thing I saw was.....the moving truck.....and Aoki was standing alone, sheding tears and finally he fell on his knees, punching the ground, saying "Kokonoe.....forget me, please......as if I never existed"......and then.....I wake up..............I don't want to use that as a Doujin, but......it was so......real in a manner of speaking.....I'm still in shock.
