I agree about Shirai's behavior as of late. Oyajima does seem to be helping thaw out her seemingly cold demeanor. But I'd say in some small (or not so small way) Kuro got the ball rolling. Kuro helped break through Shirai's shell, and made her start to become more social with her and others. She still feels awkward when dealing with men, but Oyajima is a good man and seems patient when dealing with people. He would be good for her as a potential love interest (IMO).
As for the remarks about Reiji discovering the web history. I think this could go one of two ways. One, it could feed his dilusions further, and make him speed up his plans of making Rin a replacement for Aki. Considering his actions in the strip club from Ch 56, this could be a posibility. It proves he hasn't gotten past Aki's death, and he might start seeing Rin as less of a child now considering his discovery. Another possibility would be that what he discovered about Rin might bring him to his senses (hopefully), and make him realize that Rin is trying to grow up faster than she should. This being said, he may realize that he should man up and start being the responsible guardian that he's expected to be. As for his actions toward Aoki in regards to Rin, this too could go either way. Reiji will either get the chip off his own shoulder and ask Aoki to help him with Rin (as you and Kikiskeeter said), or he could see him as the cause of the problem and may take steps to remove Aoki from Rin's life permanently. As always, it's up to the writer.
