Aoki is already aware of the risks he's taking to help Rin. He already got in deep trouble twice(one with Reiji and the second for being involved with Rin's family affairs). If Aoki is really uncomfortable about the troubles he getting into and losing his job he would of ignored Rin and the girls a long time ago and move on with his life but he chose to help them and not care what may become of him because if Aoki successfully makes them happy then so will he. Also if these things were to not happen then the manga would be completely pointless afterall, this manga shows how far will a teacher go in order to help a little girl and for her to have a happy life.
